• Payment Information: We do not store credit card details. We only store payment proofs (screenshots) and transaction references (Order IDs) for manual verification.
• Usage Logs: Data regarding your generation history (timestamps, credit usage, and success/failure status) to manage your limits.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process your Text-to-Speech and AI generation requests.
• To verify payments and activate subscription plans.
• To provide customer support via WhatsApp or Email.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service (e.g., preventing deepfakes of public figures).

3. AI & Third-Party Processing

We utilize advanced AI models to generate content. Your input text and audio samples may be processed by our third-party AI providers (such as Akool, OpenAI, or Google) solely for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including password hashing (PBKDF2) and secure session management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
