Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ElevenChime TTS. Since we deal in digital goods and AI services, our refund policy differs from physical products.

1. General Refund Rule

Generally, all sales are final. Once credits have been allocated to your account or credentials for an add-on have been delivered, we cannot offer a refund as the service costs are incurred immediately upon allocation.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following specific cases:

  • Non-Delivery: You paid for a plan, submitted the proof, but your account was not upgraded within 24 hours.
  • Technical Failure: The service is completely non-functional for more than 48 hours, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Double Payment: You accidentally paid twice for the same invoice.

3. Add-on Services (ChatGPT/Humanizer)

For shared accounts or API-based add-ons:

  • If an account stops working within the warranty period (30 Days), we will replace the account.
  • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days and returned via the original payment method (Easypaisa/Jazzcash/Bank).
